The World of Private Investments

  • Sugar Creek Country Club - Garden Room 420 Sugar Creek Boulevard Sugar Land, TX, 77478 United States (map)

For investors looking for potential ways to enhance returns and to manage portfolio risk, private investments can potentially be an attractive, long-term complement to traditional public equity and fixed income allocations.

Private investments have historically brought investors higher returns and better diversification benefits than those of public markets. With recent changes in regulations and evolving technology, private investments are more accessible now than ever before.

Please join us on October 19th from 4 to 5:30 pm for the Kings Path Educational Seminar “The World of Private Investments.” We will be hosting a panel of representatives from venture capital, private equity, and private credit. You can expect to hear overviews of their respective industries and their views on how these investments may fit within different portfolios.

We look forward to discussing:

  • An overview of venture capital, private credit, and private equity

  • The trends we are seeing in these private markets

  • How private investments are being made accessible to smaller investors

This seminar is being offered as part of the Kings Path Educational Series. No investment products are being offered at this event.

Private investing can be complex and should be considered carefully. Private investments are not right for all investors. Many investments are only open to certain investors such as “Accredited Investors” and “Qualified Purchasers” as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
