Join us on November 17th at 6:30 pm at Sugar Creek Country Club as Don Janssen, a 31-year resident of Sugar Land, Principal of PCD Ltd., and visionary real estate and community developer, shares how fields of sugar cane became the city we love today and provides a view of where leaders are taking us.

Robert D. Janssen, Jr. is a Principal with Planned Community Developers, Ltd. Over the past 40+ years, Mr. Janssen has been involved with commercial development within the 10,000 acre master planned First Colony community. Mr. Janssen has been involved in commercial land sales, leasing and development transactions representing some 3,000 acres and 6,000,000 square feet. His projects include the Sugar Land Town Square development, the Lake Pointe One office building, and Lake Pointe Town Center. Mr. Janssen is a member of various real estate organizations including NAIOP (Immediate Past President, current Board member), HOLBA, and SIOR. Mr. Janssen is past chairman of the Fort Bend Christian Academy Board of Trustees, Member of the Advisory Board for the Texas A&M Masters in Land and Property Development Program (“MLPD”), advisory board member for the U of H Masters in Real Estate program, past president of the Sugar Land Rotary Club and member of the Long Range Planning Committee for Sugar Creek Baptist Church. Mr. Janssen is happily married and has been blessed with incredible children and grandchildren.
